Dear Sir,

I have enclosed a photograph that I had on file from the incident that night. This should put an end to all of your questions of who was behind it all. Please do not tell anyone that this photo exists, as I am afraid for my life. The person in this photograph is an American citizen who still has great power in our country, and could at any moment decide that I am a threat to him.
